The original structure of this house dates back to the 1970s, in reinforced concrete, with continuous balconies on the main facade and lots of concrete parapets. The interior and exterior have been completely revised. The attic was converted to accommodate two en-suite bedrooms. Externally, an infinity pool was built, the paved area was enlarged, a fire-pit added, and a large pergola with coppi tiles was built. From the property you can enjoy a beautiful view with Capri in the distance.
